Wellness coach, yoga and Pilates teacher, breathwork facilitator, somatic movement guide, grief-informed mentor, and the founder of the Women's Wellness Social Club.

I'm Moony Koch, a wellness coach, yoga and Pilates teacher, breathwork facilitator, somatic movement guide, and the founder of the Women's Wellness Social Club.
But my work didn't begin with certifications, routines, or wellness trends. It began with life.
I have lived through love, motherhood, profound loss, reinvention, and the kind of change that asks you to meet yourself all over again. Losing people I deeply loved, including my husband, fundamentally changed the way I understand healing. It taught me that wellness isn't about creating a perfectly optimized life. It's about having the tools to stay connected to yourself while actually living it.
For years, I had known myself through the roles I carried: wife, mother, teacher, coach, caregiver. Grief stripped many of those identities away and left me with a question I couldn't avoid: Who am I now?
Finding the answer has become some of the most meaningful work of my life.
Today, my approach to wellness brings together movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, mindfulness, Emotion Code and Body Code work, and simple daily rituals that bring us back into our bodies. I believe healing happens not only through understanding our experiences, but through learning to feel, move, breathe, rest, connect, and trust ourselves again.
My philosophy is simple: wellness should support your life, not become another way to control it.
I'm especially passionate about working with women navigating seasons of transition. The moments when the person you were no longer quite fits, but the person you're becoming is still unfolding. Sometimes that transition comes through grief. Sometimes motherhood, relationships, age, burnout, an ending, or simply the realization that you want more from the life you're living.
My work isn't about helping women become someone entirely new. It's about creating enough space to hear themselves again.
That philosophy lives throughout everything I create.

Through my coaching and retreats, I hold spaces where women can step outside the noise of everyday life and reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, and what matters to them now.
I created WAVE from my own experience of navigating grief and transformation, as a reminder that life comes in seasons, healing isn't linear, and we don't have to fight every wave that comes our way.
And I founded the Women's Wellness Social Club because I believe wellbeing is deeply connected to community. We need beautiful spaces to move and breathe, but we also need tables to gather around, conversations that go deeper, friendships that expand us, and women who remind us that we were never meant to do all of this alone.
My life today isn't a story about having healed everything.
It's a story about learning how to live fully alongside everything I've experienced.
Because ultimately, I don't believe we're here simply to get through life.
We're here to feel it. To experience it. To connect deeply. And to be fully alive for it.
That is the heart behind my work and the space I hope to create for every woman who finds her way here.
