Wellness Social has grown beyond Roatán, with a growing presence and vision across Miami and Berlin. We bring together women through curated wellness experiences, meaningful connection, inspiring conversations, travel, and exclusive gatherings — creating spaces where women can connect authentically while prioritizing wellbeing, personal growth, and intentional living.
At the heart of Wellness Social is something much simpler: community. A place to meet women you might never otherwise cross paths with. To share a table, move together, travel together, learn from one another, laugh, grow, and build genuine friendships — with access to curated events, collaborations, partner benefits, retreats, and experiences across destinations.

There is no perfect version of wellness here. There are simply women choosing to live with a little more intention and surrounding themselves with others who want to do the same.

My work has always centered around wellness — movement, breath, nervous system regulation, ritual, embodiment and intentional living.
But over the years, I realized that one of the most important parts of wellbeing was something we weren't talking about enough: connection.
Wellness Social is my way of bringing those worlds together. A space where women can take care of themselves while building friendships, discovering new experiences and remembering that wellness can be beautiful, expansive and fun.
You do not need to have everything figured out. You simply need a desire to live with greater intention.
You do not need the perfect routine. You simply need to surround yourself with women who want the same.
Wellness Social is not just a club. It is a pause between the day-to-day. A place to reconnect. A community to grow with. And a reminder that life is meant to be experienced — not just managed.

Membership is by application, to keep the house intimate. We welcome women across creative practice, founding work, and quiet ambition.
