A 31-day guided journal for the space between who you've been and who you're becoming.
You don't have to force the next chapter. You learn to move with it.
Some days you rise. Some days you retreat. Some days you simply float. It is all part of the wave.
Life doesn't move in straight lines. Neither does healing. Neither does becoming. Neither do we.
There are seasons when everything feels expansive and clear, and seasons when simply getting through the day feels like enough. I've learned not to fight those seasons anymore. I've learned to move with them.
Like a wave.
Some days we rise.
Some days we retreat.
Some days we're powerful.
Some days we're still.
None of them mean we're going backward.
WAVE was created for the space between who you have been and who you are becoming. You don't need to arrive here healed. You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need another version of yourself to fix. Come exactly as you are.
There is no perfect way to do WAVE.
Give yourself approximately 10–20 minutes each day.
Write without editing yourself.
Some answers may be beautiful. Others may be messy.
Some days you may write three pages. Some days three words.
All of it counts.
Most importantly, don't use this journal to judge yourself — use it to meet yourself.
Before changing anything, notice. What am I feeling? What is happening inside my body? What keeps asking for my attention? Awareness comes before transformation.
Not everything needs to be immediately fixed. What can I stop resisting? What am I ready to feel? What am I ready to release? Sometimes allowing creates the movement we've been trying to force.
Look beyond today's circumstances. Who are you becoming? How does she live? What becomes possible when you stop using your past as evidence for your future?
This is where becoming becomes tangible. What would she do today? Then do something, however small, that gives you evidence. Identity changes through repetition.
Where am I today, really?
What has my intuition been quietly telling me?
Where am I still trying to prove my worth?
What am I ready to put down?
What do I genuinely want?
Where am I trying to control an outcome?
The deeper wave — go deeper.
What choice am I afraid to make?
Where does resentment appear?
How does my body feel today?
Who am I becoming now?
What does she say yes to?
What does coming home to myself feel like?
Meet the woman you've become.
Begin living as her.
Each day moves through Witness, Allow, Visualize and Embody — and closes with a quiet evening reflection.
Maybe you've outgrown an old version of yourself. Maybe life changed you in ways you never expected. Maybe nothing is wrong — you simply know there's more waiting for you. This is not about fixing yourself. It's about remembering that you get to choose again, and again.
Becoming her isn't one giant transformation. It's the tiny decisions you make every single day.
A guided digital journal, one prompt at a time.
Live on Zoom with Moony throughout the 31 days.
Support the whole way through the journey.
Your 31-day journey isn't something you have to navigate alone. We meet live on Zoom four times throughout Wave for coaching, reflection, integration, and connection.
Where you are + where you're going. We open Wave together and set the intention for the 31 days ahead.
Identity, habits and self-trust. Exploring the woman you're stepping into and the choices that support her.
What you're releasing + choosing differently. Working with the beliefs and patterns keeping you attached to an old identity.
Integration + moving forward. Closing Wave together and beginning to live as her now.
Sessions are recorded and shared, so you can return to them whenever you need.
There have been seasons of my life when everything I thought defined me changed. Marriage. Motherhood. Loss. Grief. Wellness. Work. Identity.
And somewhere between everything falling apart and slowly rebuilding, I started asking a different question.
Not: How do I get back to who I was? But: Who am I becoming now?
WAVE grew from that question. It is the journal I would have wanted beside me while learning how to trust life again, reconnect with myself and allow a new version of me to emerge.
You may be surprised by the woman you meet on the pages.
You are allowed to change. You are allowed to want more. You are allowed to become.
Wave opens in rounds. Leave your name, email and country and you'll be first to know when the next one drops.
